• Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond their reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
• These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belgaum, Karnataka.
