Refund & Cancellation Policy
Project-Based Services
- Clients may cancel a project within 48 hours of payment for a full refund, provided no work has commenced.
- Once work has started (strategy, research, or creative execution), only a partial refund may be issued at Sociobricks’ discretion, depending on the amount of work completed.
Retainer/Subscription Services
- Monthly or recurring service agreements (e.g., social media management, paid ads, SEO) can be canceled with a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for the ongoing month’s services once work has commenced.
Campaigns & Paid Advertising
- Campaign budgets paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are only applicable to Sociobricks’ service fees if campaign execution has not yet started.
Non-Refundable Items
- Strategy calls, consultations, and audit services (once delivered).
- Creative deliverables such as designs, videos, or content pieces that have already been shared with the client.
- Any third-party tool, software, or platform costs purchased on behalf of the client.
